Pre-training Questionnaire
The Pre-training Questionnaire allows the trainer to survey the participants and understand their expectations before the training. This activity provides valuable information about the participants' knowledge level, past experiences, and learning preferences.

Presentation
Specify the subject of the training before starting the activity so that each participant knows the context in which to answer the questions.
Explain the purpose of the questionnaire and invite participants to respond via Beekast. Give them a week to complete the questionnaire.
Exploration
Analyse the responses to identify the main expectations, the participants' knowledge level, experiences, and preferences.
Discussion
Use the results to adjust the training content, highlight certain themes or adapt teaching methods according to the expressed preferences.
At the start of the training, share the overall results with the participants to establish a common framework.
Summary
At the end of the training, ensure that all expectations have been met.
